Overview

OmniCalc ("we", "our", or "us") provides free calculators for motorcycles and powersports at omnicalc.pro. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Account information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. Your name is optional.

Calculator data

When you save a calculator configuration, we store the inputs and results you submit so you can retrieve them later. Calculators can be used without an account; in that case no data is saved on our servers.

Usage analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymised usage events (page views, feature interactions) so we can improve the product. If you are signed in, events are associated with your account ID. PostHog data is retained for 12 months.

Log data

Our servers automatically record standard web-server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, timestamp). Logs are retained for 30 days and used only for security and debugging.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account and store your saved configurations.
• Understand how features are used so we can improve OmniCalc.
• Detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.
• Respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertising

OmniCalc displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to show you personalised ads based on your browsing history across sites. We do not control the data Google collects for this purpose.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. PostHog sets a cookie to distinguish unique visitors. Google AdSense sets cookies for ad personalisation and frequency capping. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and saved configurations are retained until you delete your account. To request deletion, email us at privacy@omnicalc.pro.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@omnicalc.pro.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of OmniCalc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
